StaffPM will provide staffing services specific to onsite residential property management (PM) via a dedicated website. The business model is subscription based (annual) but clients, PM companies, will also have an option of paying per position filled, whether permanent or temporary.Currently this is the only service like it in Seattle, or the country, dedicated to just property management. The industry is excited and said they can't wait!
