Spiral Asia (SA) will partner with Nudipay and license the mobile wallet and payments ecosystem they have built over the last 3 years to roll it out in Singapore and then SE Asia. SA is responsible for gaining MAS approval and then traction at merchant and customer level. The budget will fund a team of specialists to fulfil the sales and marketing plan. Tim Sandars, with 17 years of digital experience (3 in Asia) will build and head the team.
