Ploto is a talent marketplace where talent is matched to job opportunities. Launched in January 2014, the company has two employees, the founders, and is an LLC.We create software that helps recruiters be more efficient in their day-to-day work, brings operational insight into their processes and builds a talent model for matching. Our first offering is for use at hiring events. We have two beta customers and were at 4 events at UW in January.
