We formed a Nevada Limited Company whereby the limited members will receive the return of their investment within 18 months, and 70% of the profits for five (5) years. Thereafter, the limited members will receive 50% thereafter in perpetuity, under the terms and conditions detailed in the attached Nova Heart Wellness Center LLC Investment Term Sheet. However, the proposed investment format is not cast in stone, and we are open to consider other
