Locumunity (Techstars Seattle '18 company) creates a centralized marketplace that directly connects temporary doctors (aka locums) to medical facilities. Locums/employers connect via a two-way search, instead of a passive job posting board. We strive to be data and community driven. We charge a transaction fee (15% of the physician's wage). We launched Canada-wide April 2017 and carried out a test pilot for 3 months in WA State Feb-May 2018.
