We build tools to automate maintenance for property managers and landlords. We offer two levels of service: free and premium monthly. We make money on both services by sourcing contractors and taking a 10% fee on the job invoice. We're continuously improving our software tools to automate more aspects of the maintenance process and vendor sourcing. Currently, 60% of jobs are 100% automated and require no human interaction.
