Crowsnest is a software as a service that involves two parts. The first is firmware code that gets deployed into Internet-connected products.Logs are then sent to the cloud, where they are analyzed. By logging into their Crowsnest account a company can view analytics about when, where, and how their products are failing.Additional insights enable companies to reduce in-field defects and provide real-time customer service to their users.
