Builders Patch is a SaaS tool for multifamily developers to manage and finance their deals. BP allows large teams to collaborate seamlessly, to collect due diligence documents, and to automate tedious, duplicate underwriting and close the transactions in half the time. We are in pilot phase and are testing the product with live data from 3 customers. It is a subscription model where RE developers pay per deal per month for feature bundles.
