Realyzed is a marketing data and analytics tool that help commercial real estate professionals achieve their leasing and revenue goals / in short, help owners make more money.To date we have sold $170k of our Tableau based version of the tool to a roster of national and global institutional blue chip tenants. We seek to raise $250k to build a SaaS based version of the tool to expand capacity, scale, and functionality.
